2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Eco Shine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed on our website and promotional materials. Additional fees may apply based on service complexity.

  • Payments must be made upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed payment methods.

  • Non-payment may result in legal action or refusal of future service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide access to the service location and ensure vehicles or property are in a condition suitable for service.

  • Eco Shine is not responsible for pre-existing damages to vehicles or property.

  • Customers should remove personal belongings from vehicles before detailing.

5. Liability and Damages

  • Eco Shine takes precautions to protect your property but is not liable for minor scratches, wear, or damages due to pre-existing conditions.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • Customers must report any claims within 24 hours of service completion.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours for a potential re-service or adjustment.

  • Refunds are issued at Eco Shine’s discretion.

  • Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
